"Since my review has been hidden from the public I’m forced to warn other customers AGAIN! We booked this room over a year ago price was $804 for 6 adults - two queen size beds, pull out couch and a kitchen. We showed up today to check in and had an awful experience. First, they advertise a boat slip and dock. Boat slip is so low you have to put the truck in the mud. No dock was present- false advertisement. We then turned around, not wanting to get the tuck and boat stuck, and saw a sign that said only available for boats 20 foot or less. Our boat is 22 foot and we would've had to disconnect the trailer from the truck to have a place to park. After realizing, we went to check out the room. We we're greeted with a sign saying "this room is priced for 2 guest, any additional adults will be charged $50 per night, per person" making our final price to be around $2,000. These rooms and scams of amenities are not worth that price. I want to include we came down from central Florida specifically for mini lobster season. We then went next door to the nearest hotel, explained the situation, and got a stay for $1,200 including the boat. Please do not stay with them. The next door hotel that hooked us up is called Breezy Palms."

"After staying here I would definitely stay here again. It seems to have been recently renovated. The rooms were clean and nice. The bathroom is kind of small. But honestly this is a perfect keys hotel. They have a nice pool and a great view of the ocean. I wouldn’t stay here with a boat due to limited parking, the boat ramp is not really useable and there is no dock. But overall we had a great stay. It’s a no frills hotel in the keys. What else do you need?"

"We had very mixed feelings about our 3 day stay here. On the positive side, the room and the property is extremely well kept and clean and the staff was friendly although they spoke limited English. It looks like it was recently renovated after the hurricane of a few years ago. The pool looks brand new as does all of the patio furniture. Our biggest issue was that for the price that was charged ($400/ night including taxes), the "resort" offered very little in terms of amenities. The dock is non-existent as a result of the hurricane, and the "beach" is basically a few yards of sand at the end of the very narrow property. They told us that the kayaks were not available to use at this time, but if they were there would be a fee. They allow small pets but again there is a hefty additional fee. Our room included a very uncomfortable queen bed and a very basic kitchen. A better quality coffee maker would have been nice. We actually enjoyed our stay since it was very quiet and peaceful at our unit which was on the ocean end of the building. Our friends stayed at the hotel next door which was a bit older but had larger rooms and much more common area and paid about half of what we paid. Considering we stayed in June, which is off season, the daily rental rate seems too high for what was provided."

"Great place to stay. Very clean, pool was great, view was good. Bad smell from seaweed rotting but not their fault. Could be better as far as water activities and need to rebuild the dock. Places all around us had fishing and kayaks etc but overall would stay here again."

"Very clean, well maintained property inside and out. Also very safe- only one entrance going in and out so staff knows if you're a guest or not, cameras everywhere. Dog friendly but there is a daily fee and weight limit. One suggestion for the hotel: PLEASE supply cushions for the rocking chairs and beach lounge chairs. They are made of a hard plastic material, very uncomfortable, even with towels folded underneath. Maybe you could charge a deposit on cushions to make sure they were returned back to you. Thank you!!!!"
