"I usually read the bad reviews but I decided this time it was maybe a patient with no luck... I had almost the same experience than the other person who gave the bad review. I had an appointment for 3pm but after 40 min and seeing everyone passing in front of me I complained just to be told I was a new patient... then they proceed to do the whole X rays I don’t like doing it often but didn’t say anything since is “the doctor decision “ Then after almost two hours I was told I was having the cleaning another day and it was going to be $240 from my pocket. I’m not a dentist but that sounded totally non sense since In my whole life no cleaning with insurance was that much. After “negotiating” not to have the antibiotics applied ($50 each tooth) I had to pay the extra $40 anyway because of Covid... when I finally had my only paying cleaning in my life I also noticed it was the shortest one( everyone was clocking out) Stay away!"

"With a set appointment time, I had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen. After I the initial screening I proceeded to have my teeth cleaned. It never took place, because the oldest game in the dental business took place. I was told that because I have had previous"Deep Cleaning done, they could not do a regular cleaning and I had to pay the cost of the cleaning even though I have insurance." Nothing is further from the truth. On and on you are going to be picked pocketed by money hungry dental practices that try, I am sure very successfully to get you to accept to their "Deep cleaning" wishes. Beware of them and take my advice RUN away from this place. I am sick and tired to of dishonest dental offices that push the envelope to charge you for something that it is not needed."
