"Dr Rothchild has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I had a veneer replaced and the veneer was much darker than its counterparts. It was dingy and grey. When I called the office to tell them, they had me come back so Dr Rothchild could look at it. He looked and became very defensive and kept gaslighting me saying, "I don't see it. I don't see it!" Well, my spouse sees it, my family sees it, my friends can see it and my coworkers have noticed it. I am very, very self conscious about my smile now. Although I still think Dr Rothchild is a good dentist, I never recommend him to anyone."

"I could not speak more highly of Dr. Rothschild and his staff. They are warm, kind, and devoted to their patients. The front office staff, hygienists, assistants, are confirming and reassuring. I have had many horrible experiences with other dentists over the years, which leaves me with heightened anxiety in the dentist’s chair. Dr. Rothschild understands that this is common for many people and works hard to put me at ease. Dr. Rothschild and his staff are patient, and they walk you through everything they’re doing, whether it be in a cleaning, exam, or procedure. I never have to wonder or try to interpret what he means as he’s making notes because he goes through every detail out loud to ensure I understand it. He has the best bedside manner I’ve seen of any dentist. He’s reassuring and goes the extra mile to ensure I’m as comfortable as possible, even warning me about what tastes yucky and ensuring my lips has plenty of Vaseline so they wouldn’t dry out whole he worked on me. He also calls and checks on his patients the during the evening following a procedure to check on them, making himself available by cell in case surfing comes up. He even met my husband on New Year’s Eve to give him a prescription that I ended up needing three days post-procedure. I recommend him without hesitation."
