They explain the financial responsibilities regarding insurance and paynent options, appointments are easy to schedule when needed, the office is clean, friendly and professional, but relaxed and not intimidating. "Genuinely impressed by the entire office staff. The receptionist is thorough and friendly. The assistant who helped me today (who is only there temporarily to help out) was incredible. She was alsp super thorough and explained every single thing she was doing and why. Dr Pavlik has such a calm and comforting presence. You can tell that they enjoy what they do which makes all the difference. I only had to get my retainer replaced but would 100% recommend them for any service they provide."
"We have had the BEST experience with Pavlik Ortho! This was my sons second phase of braces. We did not go to Dr Pavlik for the first phase and boy did we mess up. His office is very family friendly, clean, super quick with appointments, and the staff is so personable. My son chose for us to drive an hour just to have Pavlik Ortho treat him! During this pandemic we have never been afraid to go to an appointment. They have followed the CDC guidelines for operation. They all had on masks and some had on gowns and face shields. They have limited the number of people who can enter and have spaced out patients to be able to clean throughly between each patient. We were very impressed!"
