"I have only gone once, have to go back for more work but I was very happy with the results today. I waited only 5 minutes in the lobby. The hygienist was very gentle and nice. Staff was great. The doctor was my kind of doctor, firm but with a sense of humor. The only negative is limited parking, but ask the guy sitting in the chair for help and you'll be ok."

"I've been going to this office for about three years and they are never on time, even for a simple cleaning. At my last cleaning the hygienist scheduled my next cleaning in three months time; after three months had passed I realized that I hadn't had my cleaning so I called the office. They informed me that there was nothing scheduled in their system and that although it was their mistake they couldn't accommodate me for four months. Although it is disrespectful to my time, I've been willing to overlook that due to their proximity to my job. However, on two separate occasions now they have not performed as promised and their lack of follow through to correct the situation is completely unacceptable and impossible to overlook. As an example, I have now been waiting six weeks for a procedure that was supposed to be done a week after my last appointment. The worst part is that the only way that I am informed about the pending status of my procedure is by me calling over and over again. They constantly promise to call me back and keep me informed, but it never happens. I would not recommend this office and only wish I had done some research prior to scheduling with them."

"I have been going to Dr. Cutino for many many years. I could not be more pleased and confident in the office's abilities. I had an accident and they took me in for an emergency. They saved my front teeth and Dr. Cutino did plastic surgery quality suturing to my lips. I believe that this is an example of going above and beyond. Some times you might have to wait because they find additional problems with patients or have emergencies. If you were the one that needed additional time you would not be rushed out to get to the next patient. All the office personnel, especially Deb and Frank, could not be nicer! I prefer to have a highly advanced office with very expensive equipment and wait a little rather than get in quickly to an office that no one else want to go to or one that rushes your treatment ."

"Never written a review for anything before, but I feel people should know how bad my two experiences have been here. My first time I waited 1.5 hours for what was supposed to be my three year old's first cleaning. I was (incorrectly) told I needed to wait six months to reschedule. This time I scheduled my cleaning first, so my son could watch and get comfortable. Because I came five minutes late, they were going to have us get our cleanings at the same time until I protested. I was scolded for being late and for having waited six months to reschedule (which they told me to do). The hygenist's abrupt manner scared my son--now I have a son afraid to go the dentist. My husband has had a similar experience with the scolding---DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST."
