"Unprofessional bed side manner, if you are nervous and scared about going to a dentist - do yourself a favor and go to a practice that cares for their patients. Post procedure in a lot of pain with no medications sent besides ibuprofen. If you are scared of the dentist; pick another office or your trauma with dentists will get worse after working with them. Overall, super unhappy with the staff, the treatment is way below average, and I have never been in so much dental pain. I call to get sent proper medication for pain - they told me the doctor isn't in today. What am I suppose to do with that? No solutions, save your money and your health."

"Long story short, they say they accept your insurance just to get you n t the office, then make a whole sales picture and waste your time. This was a sales pitch rather than a dental visit. When I first called to make this appointment, I provided all my insurance information; I specified I wanted to get my yearly dental cleaning and asked if they accepted my insurance; the answer was yes. When I showed up, I mentioned I wanted to get an evaluation for a smile design. From that point forward, this was a whole sales pitch as to why they could do anything to my teeth, but I should just get the crown and avoid everything else since it would be pointless. Long story short, I didn't get any treatment; they told me I needed to make another appointment to get my annual dental cleaning, and on top of that, they said my insurance only covers a portion of the cleaning, leaving me with a $200 balance, I f I decided to get the cleaning with them. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this place, and I do not recommend it either. There are PLENTY of good options out there, don't waste your time."
