"Called to make an appointment as a new patient and spoke to a woman whom advised me that either she or someone else would call me back to take information and schedule the appointment. That was 2 days ago and no return call. So I cannot review them as a patient but if this is their business practice, how can I trust them to provide safe and effective patient care if the office staff is not capable of returning a call? During these very precarious times with the Covid-19 pandemic, one must look for any clues of incompetence. Quality healthcare takes teamwork and if the dentist hires and manages incompetent administrative staff, how effective is the staff that cleans equipment to CDC standards to protect the patient? Thank about the entire picture - it's not just the dentist or the doctor."
