"The worst dentist ever. None of them have a single clue what the hell they’re doing and have no common sense whatsoever! We asked for an x-ray to be done at the appointment over the phone, but instead they just charged us for the retainers no x-rays or anything. After the appointment she told us they’ll be ready once they call. Hours went by and we called & she says they were ready but didn’t give us a call. we drive up there and have been waiting 45 mins for them to be “prepared” after they were already ready. We have issues every time we come here."
"Make sure you have competent people answering the phones... Called and during the call I had to repeat myself 3 times for my name address dob and all three times they got it wrong... Hung up... The person either didn't understand or could not hear."
"VERY UNPLEASANT OFFICE I came in with my son 10 mins before his appointment and was asked to place his name on the list and have a seat. After 30 mins and watching Carla & Melody (front desk clerks) give out forms to the other parents, I finally got up and asked what forms are everyone filling out. Carla at the front desk then asked me for my ID & his insurance card and gave me the forms to fill out. No apologies no nothing. We then waited another 30 mins watching everyone that came in after us now go before us. I honestly believe Carla did this on purpose because I asked for the office managers info and her name to complain."
"Super clean and friendly staff, the Doctor was very pleasant and able to comfort my fear during my visit. Will recommend to all patients and children."
