"I scheduled an appointment for this location due to tooth pain. I ended up needing to get a couple fillings put in and an extraction. One of the filling was put in incorrectly, as told by the dentist that I saw when I went back (he even apologized). With that being said, they wanted to charge me to fix it!! Obviously I declined because I wasn’t going to pay for a mistake that was done and proven via X-ray. I was told I’d get a call back about how to proceed with the issue and of course I didn’t hear thing back. Tried calling multiple times and didn’t get an answer. I ended up going to a different dentist because I was in pain in which they confirmed the error and I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I absolutely would not trust this place. Go to a dentist that actually cares about you."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wisdom tooth extraction was super quick and painless. This is the first dentist visit where I left with no pain and a smile. I’ll be doing all my dental work here from now on."

"Had a crown come off from a popcorn incident. Hoped to have it recemented. Have not been to the dentist in some time, so I bought a discount dental plan from Solstice which Aspen was listed as accepting. The 1st office flatly refused to see me. I went to another local dentist who said it needed a new crown for $1700 which the plan said was $499. I walked into another Aspen office here in Ft Myers and it was akin to wanting an oil change and being told I had to have a new engine & transmission! There for an hour in the chair with upsells for everything from toothbrushes, to every 3mo deep cleanings, to not being able to save the rest of the tooth so extraction, bone grafting, temp partial, permanent partial and of course work on other teeth I did not want, but before anything had to go to the business desk who showed me the work was over $12k but my portion with the plan was only $7700! I am on disability so no way to afford it I changed my dental plan to one that my old dentist accepts even with a higher crown price. He took one look, did a bit of prep and glued the old crown back into place for a charge of $87, saying there was no reason the tooth had to come out or needing a new crown. He also related stories of other patients with similar experiences with Aspen. Aspen is all about the money and not about the patient. Stay away."

"Very nice staff. Juan was exceptionally nice. Minimal wait time. I prefer a receipt of services rendered and payment vs balance instead if payment receipt. I'm sure they would have given to me if I had asked. Nice folks"

"My experience with Aspen Dental was less than what I would have expected. I originally went to AD because that is who my insurance recommended. AD told me that I needed to have my top teeth removed and Dentures put in their place. So I made the decision to have my bottoms removed and dentures made as well. The extractions that were removed left lots of bone material. I found myself removing the bone myself, as I was less than happy. I went to all my appointments as requested and every time I went in to AD I found myself waiting between 1 to 2 hours. Then after what I thought was my last appointment I was still disappointed. After paying thousands of dollars to have this process completed I felt that the customer service was less than a happy time. After a year I found myself where one of my teeth had to be repaired as it broke off. It was then that I found out that the dentures I received were not the permanent ones. I was like really, so then I had to get new molds made, and was asked to leave my dentures for the day. Mind you I work in the legal field and could not leave them for the day. Instead I was to come in after I got off work. The problem is when I originally went to AD I was never told what to expect after having the extractions. I was never ask which kind of denture to choose from. I was never asked if I want post put in my lower jaw, as dentures do not stay in place due to suction. Now after paying thousands of dollars to have my teeth removed and dentures put in I met with the oral surgeon to only find out that I had to pay more than 8 thousand dollars to have two implants put in. This process does not include anesthesia. I left my appointment yesterday after meeting with the oral surgeon for AD and found myself crying in my car. Why do you ask? My top dentures stay in with adhesive for about 4 hours and my lower dentures never seal and basically just sit there. I cannot eat with my lower dentures in because of the free movement. I am embarrassed to eat out. Because after I take my first bite, the lowers pop out and I find myself running from the dinning table to the restroom to remove the lowers, but then find myself leaving and not finishing my meal. I have found myself not being able to eat due to the fact of the free movement of my lower denture. I have found myself removing my lowers when I tried to eat, but this does not allow me to eat. I am restricted to eating soft foods. So based on my experience Aspen Dental this is not a place I would recomend to anyone."
