Everyone from beginning to end was so nice and I felt like I had been going there for years based on how everyone talked to me. The hygienist was phenomenal and listened and explained everything. They are proactive about telling customers what the recommended treatment plan will cost and talk to you about your options for treatment. The Dr. was so friendly and knew her stuff. The office has top of the line technology and it was super cool to see how it all worked. I honestly can't say enough great things about this practice. For the first time in history, I plan on going to all my cleanings twice a year! If you are wondering where to go....pick this place!"

"My 1st appointment experience started off on a bad note due to errors of staff and miscommunication errors of my phone number That we’re not verified.My child appointment was urgently needed and scheduled and due to miscommunication that I didn’t received text messages to confirm my appointment, it was given away to another patient which was highly upsetting because that is their policy. If a patient cannot confirm, they assume they would not show up. I had requested the manager at that moment to help accommodate and diffused the situation, errors they had created. They were able to squeeze us in 2 different time slots which I was happy and thrilled about, staff were professional and pleasant. That is the only reason why I am rating them a 3 stars. Hopefully future visits and appointments will go smoothly without any hiccups."
