"I am a snowbird and had to make a couple phone calls before I could find a dentist that would accept me as a patient. Dentistry Of North Port accepted me and made an appointment within 10 days of my initial contact. Initially I had only a problem of a lost filling, but by the time my appointment day arrived, I had a toothache. It turned out that I had an infected tooth and required a root canal. Dr. Hernandez’s office did a complete set of x-rays, oral photos, and a complete oral examination. I was very impressed with their modern equipment and the technicians preparation of my file. A detailed explanation of my needed treatment with a prepared schedule of treatment showing me the cost, the participation of my insurance carrier, and my net cost was given to me. They were able to work me in the next day for a much-needed cleaning. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the teamwork of the office staff."

The price for my three tooth extractions, multiple fillings, and a cleaning was literally three times less than what I paid at another place just to have two teeth extracted. "I had an emergency tooth abscess. I have a dentist I used prior, but was not comfortable with. I knew I needed to find someone who I felt had my interest at heart. I researched Dr. Hernandez online and stopped by this morning to see if they could work me in this week. They were able to see me immediately. I was put at ease with each staff member and their professionalism, as well as, their kindness. Then I met Dr. Hernandez.. She was awesome. Explained everything to me and the importance of the steps we needed to take. She took care of the abscess today and I will be back to finish the rest of the process in a few days.
