"I am 67 years old. Had 2 children and many surgeries. This was without a doubt the most painful excruciating experience I have ever had. It felt like the doctor was driving a nail into my tooth repeatedly. I chocked on a piece of gauze that fell down my throat. He kept talking about the weather with his assistant instead of concentrating on this very sloppy excuse of a root canal. His bedside manner was nonexistent. After the procedure I got a infection. I will never trust this doctor again for anything."

Dr Lori Radford determined the cause, which required an endodontic specialist, knowing that I was leaving the country for six weeks, and coordinated an immediate root canal with a nearby specialist. She didn't have to do this, but she did. She will be my dentist in the future. I am blessed to have learned of her through a co-volunteer at church. She is efficient, kind, and professional!"
