"Avoid unless you're a dental insurance expert, the front office is clueless and relies on "The computer says" cost and you must make their system patient costs before treatment. If you disagree on repairs of dental products, they hold your products until you pay their price as hostage. EOB from recent visit shows Aspen Dental initial patient responsibility costs are wrong. Only because the code 120 is no charge for most dental plans is no cost, did the local franchise request to override the $24. Let's see how long it takes for the local office to contact me to rectify the rest of the overcharge."
"Dr Katz was amazing! She was very caring and kept checking on me throughout the entire process. She made me feel very comfortable & she is very knowledgeable which also helped with my comfort level. I know people may have had a bad experience with a “chain” dental company, but each office is different. "They lie, Advertise, first visit and all x-rays free. But yet they're trying to charge me $253. Dennis said she wants to remove all of my upper teeth which are not the issue. And save ones on the bottom that she can. They're just trying to make money and then they think I'm gonna pay over $16000. They have all my good teeth removed and save the bad ones get a life"
