"One of the worst experiences we've ever had in dentistry In plants they were improperly fitted and several fell out. In addition, parts of tool and part of stem or left IN GUM. We had to find a dentist to rectify this Unprofessional dental work."

"Came to this dentist for a period of little over a year, primarily for cleanings. It was determined that I needed quite a bit of dental work done. Got everything done that I needed to have done . Came back to have a filling filed down.. was done but not exactly to my liking as I could feel it was too rounded off, no big deal..it's done I could live with it, after all it's man made. Another re-visit because I had discomfort in a general area on my right side, Dr Botello never examined the potential cause of the discomfort but merely gave me an antibiotic..(1) pill no prescription, just one pill. Assuming because my insurance had been maxed out due to the aforementioned work performed, he didn't feel the need to entertain any more work without the availability of insurance, although I was/am capable of self-pay if needed At that point I'm told myself I'm done using the services of this dentist, no need to review the practice. My problem is now, after going to another dentist, having x-rays done..to examine the cause of my discomfort at that time, the dentist diagnosed and eliminated the cause of my discomfort, also that I would need to have pretty much all of the work redone that I had paid Mr Botello to perform previously. Now going to a new dentist for a second opinion about the work performed by Dr Botello they too acknowledged it warranted being redone. Sad because I wasn't going to review this place but it too is warranted after paying a professional to do their job correctly."

"Dr Botello is very kind. I broke a tooth, and his staff got me in quickly. I had anticipated an extraction, but Dr Botello explained to me the disadvantages of taking the tooth out. He helped me make the right choice, and I look forward to my visit."

"If your looking for a Dentist I highly recommend this place ! I love my Dental Hygenist Kaitlyn!! She is SO gentel cleaning my teeth I could almost fall asleep! Dr. Ruben is also the best Dentist, always making sure your doing good during his dental treatment. I referred a friend who was terrified of going to the dentist and she was so happy she went. Always 5 stars in my book in all the years I've been going there."

"Absolutely the finest dentist I've had, and I have had many over the years. Dr. Botello goes "above and beyond" to take care of patients. The cosmetic, insurance, coordination process can be very frustrating....(Insurance companies resist paying for these procedures, Caps, Crowns etc.). Stephanie worked very hard to get the insurance company to cover my 2 crowns. The office staff is exceptional and it is obvious that Dr. Botello treats them with great respect, enjoys his profession and is genuine in his concern for the patients. Just excellent!!"
