"I have always had good dental hygiene. So you can understand how concerned I was when I went to THIS dentist for the 1st time and was told I had 3 cavities, and decaying gums. They told me the work I needed done was going to be close to $400 with my insurance. They pressured me into making an appointment to begin work immediately. Thankfully, a storm came through the day that the work was going to begin and I had to cancel. I followed up with my dentist from prior to get another opinion (should have never left here to begin with) and she advised there were ZERO cavities and no decaying gums. It was all a lie to get money! Had I went into my appointment as scheduled, they would have drilled into my perfectly good teeth. So disgusting. This should be criminal!!!"
"They do stuff that i’ve never had at my other dentist, they check your gum’s and clean them and they are very transparent on pricing and talk to you and recommend things that can improve your gum and teeth health. I would 100% recommend to anyone this dentist. They are also all so nice and make sure that you are comfortable at all times."
"Rude receptionist who didn’t explain the reasons for the dramatic increase in out of pocket expenses. She seemed irritated when I asked questions and also wouldn’t help me when I had trouble swiping my card. Previous office staff were friendly and helpful and didn’t make you feel like you were an inconvenience. Dental staff continues to be professional and friendly and I’d still recommend this office though!"
"I will NEVER go to a different dentist. I have many different fears and Dr. Zach and her team have made this the best established if best experience. They made sure I was comfortable and also gave me time to and reassure while possessing my emotions and fears. Oh, and talk about listening to you. LOVE THIS OFFICE. 20/10 DO Recommend."
"I love those people! Until I found GEDC, I dreaded going to the dentist, made up excuses not to go, you get what I mean? This is an efficient, symbiotic and personable group. They move along on schedule and my Dentist is great. I'll never go anywhere else!"
