Dr. Isse Song

"Today my daughter needed a referral to see an oral surgeon which we currently were at for an appointment [never got to see the doctor thanks to Dr. Song office]. Which they had given me a piece of paper with a doctor to call for the referral which her insurance doesnt accept so i went and found a doctor who would accept her insurance. So i called this office today at 9am when they opened and asked for a proper real referral in which they didnt want to send they didnt want to be bothered with it then have the nerve to tell me i have to keep driving 40 minutes to their office for new referrals from them! So i just drove from davenport to out past orlando over 1 hour for them to send a non proper referral again not explaining the tooth that has an issue or anything. Taking her to a new dentist monday for a real referral. Also going to see about reporting this dental office because they dont clean teeth properly [they skipped the scraping the teeth and plaque off at the end for me but did scrape my daughters off] can't do but very minimum services and can't even write a referral properly and they act like they are paying her medical bills by fighting the referral i needed. It was outrageous and appalling how they treated us when the dentist cant fix her impacted tooth and they are now delaying a surgery she needs done."

"Receptionist never told us that the dentist was not in and the hygienist was the only one there. We went in for an emergency visit and all she wanted to do is clean my husband’s teeth when my husband was in severe pain and had a loose tooth. He told her not to do it bc he’s in pain so she got nasty with him and said to make another appointment to see the dentist. If only the receptionist informed us we wouldn’t have gone. Don’t waste your time with this office. Nasty and rude."

"Take away that the office is decorated straight out of the 70's. They do take good care of their patients. This office doesn't try to sell you a bunch of thousand dollar services. They strictly stick to what you need and what you want. I would rate five stars for service how ever the Doctor is a man of few words. The assistants fill in the gaps of information not shared by the Doctor."

"This place is a disaster, to begin when you come in the air conditioner is always off, people are sweating while they wait, I was about to pass out, I don't know why? It tells a lot about higiene especially in places that deals with bacteria and germs so yes someone from the health department should look in to that! Then you scheduled an appointment and they call you an hour after. That's is so disrespectful towards a patient. I mean how many patients to they schedule for the same hour? Definitely I will never go back again and don't recommend it either."

"The front desk was unprofessional and extremely unorganized. I was suppose to have a dental filling done in the office. Made an appointment and went in the office, and the receptionist told me Dentist left an hour ago due to emergency. I understand things do happen, but if the office would be nice enough to make a courtesy call to notify the patient, I'd really appreciate it. Unfortunately, no one bother to call. Second time, I arrived in the office 15 minutes earlier, sat down waited for literally one hour, (from 2:15pm to 3:20 pm), and no one called my name. So I went to check with the front desk, her answer was " We crossed out your name and we forget to call you. You should of check with us earlier". Brilliant! Now it's the patient's fault for your disorganize. I personally think Dr. Song is a good dentist. However, I think I will definitely not going back.- Rebecca R."
