"Dr Mccoy is great, however there is a huge turnover of employees here with the latest staff being incompetent in billing issues and a revolving door with assistants and hygienists. After over 15 years of coming to this location we are looking for a new dentist."

"My family has gone to this dentist for several visits over the last year and we absolutely love it! Dr McCoy does a great job and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. The dental hygienist is awesome. She takes the time to educate you on how to care for your teeth at home and gives suggestions that cater to your specific needs. The front desk staff are fabulous! They are so friendly and funny. They give the place a very laid back vibe- which is great if your nervous about dental work. They helped us go over treatment plans and prioritize the work to be done according to what we can afford and what insurance will cover. They didn't pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable at any time. As another reviewer stated, they don't do root canals here. But I wouldnt let that discourage you. They gave me a referral for my root canal, which wasn't a big deal, and I came back for my crown. But everything else we needed has been done in-office. (Some of which was rather extensive, including extractions, and a bridge.) They are prompt also, never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby. We have really enjoyed our experience and will continue to use them!!"

"I visited Dr. McCoys office a few months ago. I got two teeth extracted and he did phenomenal. From the anesthetic to the actual extraction, everything was pain free. As for his staff, the assistant was very nice. She talked me through the whole procedure step by step. Dr. McCoy is an intelligent man and keeps you laughing the entire time. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. I've recommended this office to several friends of mine and they all have loved it.
