"Best spot ever! Right on the beach , fantastic pool, gated community, tennis courts, volleyball courts, shuffle board and a beautiful BBQ area. We stayed in building 5 suite 202 many times and it's wonderful! Fully equipped, fully renovated and spectacular southern view , you get the best of both worlds gulf view and intercostal all at the same time. Highly recommend Lands Rnd and this unit."

"As a local real estate agent I get to view tons of beach communities in Pinellas county but none of them can compare to Land's End. The amenities, private beach vibes, intracoastal and Gulf water views. I love this place!"

"We have stayed at Lands End on Sunset Beach for 20+ years with and without our children in different condos. The key fob to the pool is an added plus, as this keeps those not staying at Lands End out of the pool. The code and key fob at the gate is a plus, so you don't have to wait for the help to arrive to open the gate. The gatehouse person is very friendly and helpful. This stay was at 4-401 and there were a massive amount of ghost ants on the kitchen counter and living room/kitchen floor, roaches (picture of dead roach after we sprayed), and a gecko/lizard in our bedroom (that we never caught). We had to purchase insect spray which didn't take care of the ants, there were so many! All condos used to get sprayed monthly for insects and geckos, but not sure what has happened. Don't expect to have chairs and/or umbrellas in this condo. Each year, we purchase chairs and umbrellas and the next time we stay, they are gone. We appreciated the added beverage refrigerator. No lights in the hallways...at all! You get off the elevator and it's pitch black, why?? The beach is in need of raking (lots of seaweed and trash), which used to be done regularly at Lands End, but we have noticed this is not the case for the past 5 or so years. The boardwalk around the complex is missing, so no nightly walks around the condo facility. The elevator has cardboard on the floor and protection on the walls, which has also been there the past few years and is worn out - this cheapens the look and aesthetics going into your condo. A lot of work was going on the island due to the last hurricane and beach erosion, which will obviously take years; the beach north of Land's End was closed to Caddy's, so you could not walk on the beach north of Land's End. We hear this will take 3 years to complete? The condo was cleaner than in the past, so that was a plus, but the insects inside the condo need to be addressed. There are charge ports for electric vehicles, a plus for those who need it. This is a beautiful, quiet area, located at the end of the island."

"Based on my time here with my family for approximately 1 week, I offer a 3 star overall rating. For anyone looking to stay with children, this is NOT the most kid friendly spot to stay. My children look forward to living in the pool on vacation. By no means are my children angels but they are well behaved in public. This pool has so many rules (no floats, no throwing balls, no drinks, no one under 17 in the hot tub -- to name a few). The blue shirted gate staff particularly left a bad taste in my mouth on two separate occasions. He was very passive aggressive and the way he spoke to my son was unsettling. I understand doing your job, but is it necessary to be rude in the process? The property staff get a 0 rating. We stayed in building 5 #304 -- the unit looked exactly how we anticipated. No concerns! The view from the balcony was great and easy access to the beach. The additional $30 parking fee per car was steep and annoying. Unfortunately, how you and yours are treated are high on my list. Kindness and respect go a long way."

"Location is everything at this condo. Its absolutely beautiful. Ive stayed in building 3 room 201 and it will always be my favorite for the views alone. You are surrounded by water. The beach is secluded and very relaxing. I just love it here. Only thing I wish was different is that you cant have any drinks by the pool. I understand if they dont want kids having drinks, but an adult using a cup with a lid should be able to, but rules are rules. In all my trips to Florida over the years, this is my favorite place to be. Treasure island itself is so cute and Lands End makes it better."
