I plan for my dental treatment to be performed here even though I now live all the way in California. It's the attention to detail that makes the greatest difference. Staff uses your name, always professional yet personable at the same time. You can tell that they care about efficient operations, in return makes for quicker appointments. What can be automated is automated, what requires a personal touch is handled by a person. You're never pushed out the door or neglected in the process. Truly a community feel and attentive to understanding their client and their needs. The treatment is always thorough and gentle. The doctor's approach is consistent: reviews what he's about to do/look for, explains when there may be discomfort, and reviews what was performed. There was a time where my bite was a little off post treatment, walked in, was immediately attended to, 10 minutes later was good to go. All without having to jump through hoops or scheduling. They get it."
