"I stayed here for two weeks while apt/house hunting. It was a really good experience. The manager Susie is super friendly and always around if you have questions. Location is perfect as Sea Dog Brewery is next door, Taco Bus is across the street and Caddy’s is a 5 min walk. Beautiful public beach across the street for morning swims and sunsets. Rooms and common areas are very clean and well cared for and the pool was warm and clean. The entire hotel was quiet after 10 and the area is perfectly safe. For the budget conscious traveler looking to spend some time in TI or SPB check out the Sunrise as it’s tough to beat."
"I had a great time relaxing at Sunrise. Spent time with my kids and grandkids. I was able to make lasagna dinner right there in my own room. Good times!"
"When we arrived and walked in our room, we spotted an adult roach and there were small ones crawling on the walls. We called the owner and she came to our room. She apologized and fortunately for us, there was a vacant room. The vacant room was not like the room we reserved. There were only 2 double beds, no oven and no sitting area like the room we had reserved. She stated that both rooms were the same price for the week. We asked if we would receive any kind of refund for our inconvenience and she she stated she would see what she could do. Later, she handed my daughter an envelope with $50. I was very displeased. It took a long time to get fresh towels. I will not stay at that hotel again. I was very disappointed. The location is the only positive for this hotel."
