"I love doctor patel and am usually very pleased with my cleanings, but the male hygienist there is not that great. The water for the cavitron was way too hot. It was heating up the metal and burning the outside of my mouth, I told him it was too hot and he said he would fix it, but it still was burning me. He was so rough in my mouth that one of my brackets broke. So much water was going up my nose I couldn’t breathe. He then proceeded to try to floss, but with my braces you can’t just floss how you usually would, but he was determined to try! Ended up really hurting my lips. Overall not a great experience."

The Fam Jam:

"Have been going to them for years now and within the last year have felt really unheard. I expressed that I had severe pain in the back of my mouth and they told me I needed a cavity on the tooth that I didn’t have pain in, then proceeded to say that they were sorry but they filled the incorrect tooth. Charging me twice for this. Out of desperation I got the filling, hoping that would resolve the pain and it hasn’t. I had to go to another dentist that could explain the ROOT CANAL I had, not the cavity. On top of that, when expressing that we needed an appointment asap they stated that they didn’t have any appointments until 1.5 months ahead. The guy at the front desk actually advised that we find another dentist because they’re so overbooked/busy. They are good at what they do, but since they’re so busy they’re overlooking issues that people are willingly paying them for. For their sake, I’d recommend looking into another dental clinic like Sage. I ended up moving everything over there and they’ve been really helpful."
