"Hi! I have been trying to get an appointment since October because I wasn't able to make it and nobody answered the phone. If they do, they tell me to please hold, and then they hang up on me. I cannot go in person because I am trying to know when the orthodontist is going to be there, so my trip won't be in vain. I didn't bother to call on December because of holidays. I need an appointment!"

"1 star for sure. Horrible dental office. The first time I took my daughters we waited 30 minutes past our appointment and about 30 minutes inside the room for the doctor. The second time we waited an hour PAST our appointment, and on top of that a family got there an hour after us and their kid got called back before us. We cancelled the appointment right then and there and left. Multiple people around us were also waiting an hour plus. Do not come here unless you want to be there 2 hours plus."

"Took my kids to get a cleaning. One of my kids is autistic and Heydi and Roxanne was so patient and awesome with him. This was his first visit EVER being calm. Thank you both."

"I was at work and my mom brought my daughter who is 4 in for her first dentist appt and she did great! My mom took videos the whole time and the staff was wonderful and my daughter was comfortable. This brought tears to my eyes thanks for treating her well. God Bless"
