"Came here for a 3rd opinion so glad I did. I am a 37 year old that still has baby teeth 7 to be exact I was quoted by another corporate dentaot office to do a double crown but the tooth was a baby tooth. I am very satisfied with the work I had done and my pockets are much happier too"

"The staff and environment is welcoming. However, the main problem lies in their phone communication system. It appears that the office intentionally avoids picking up direct phone calls, making it incredibly difficult for existing patients to communicate with the staff directly. New patients might not face this issue as appointment scheduling is handled by an external service, but anyone trying to reach out to the office directly is likely to be met with a voicemail, regardless of the time or day. This isn't just my experience; I've observed other patients facing the same frustration and their concerns were dismissed rather dismissively by the staff. It's a disconcerting practice that severely impacts patient experience and trust. I advise anyone visiting to pay close attention to whether the office phones ever ring or if they're always conveniently directed to voicemail. This approach to patient communication is not what one would expect from a healthcare provider and certainly something that needs reconsideration."

"Awful , the staff are very disrespectful and discriminatory the guy that took my X-ray was very disrespectful and used discriminatory words. They call me half hour late . No apologies for the delay on the contrary the guy said if I didn’t like it to leave . I never saw the dentist because they had more patients and were late . My appointment was for 11:00 am and I left that office at 1:30 . She wanted for me to make another appointment for the cleaning. The way I see it they do this to keep charging the insurance. I will never go to that place again . The place looks so rundown and dirty. I never been in a dental office that looks like that . If you want good service and don’t want to deal with rude and unprofessional people don’t go there."

"Went there to have a broken filling fixed and they told me over the phone that my insurance will cover it. They take me to the back and then say they’re going to check my insurance. A few minutes go by and a woman tells me to come with her and then starts to discuss how I have to pay for my next visit to get my tooth fixed. Asked her if there was anything they could offer and she acted like I was stupid for asking (I’m starting to experience pain because the tooth is cutting me) I’ve been to dentist and even got surgery for my wisdom teeth and never had any issues with my insurance before. I wouldn’t be mad if they said I needed to pay for the appointment had they told me over the phone before I wasted my time coming in. Will be finding a dentist that can actually help me."
