"My wife and I stayed at Crystal Palms and had a great time. We had several issues with our room and Marcus resolved all issues in a timely manner. Marcus gives great customer service and is proactive and resolves issues quickly. I cannot say enough about Marcus as he strives for guests to have an optimal visit and is an asset to the company. We will definitely return!"

"Enjoyed my stay at Crystal Palms. Very comfortable and roomy place at a very affordable price. My family loved the view and how close we were to everything they wanted to get into. "We have lived in the area our entire life. We have stayed just about everywhere on the beach. The room needs to be cleaned. There was mildew in the showers, the tile was dirty. . The room needs to be maintained. Most lights didn’t work, basic maintenance has not been done. The sinks were dirty not sure if the room had even been cleaned. You should be ashamed to rent the room at any rate like this much less at the price you are charging. If it wasn’t New Year’s Eve we would have left. We had to wash our own sheets to be sure they were clean. I guess we should have read the reviews as this seems to be a problem."
"Great clean and spacious rooms, but the staff were inattentive, not accommodating and unpleasant. Late check out is $25/ hour! The rooms are clean and the view is nice. It is not directly on the beach, but the hot tub and pool are well kept. Any front desk staff I spoke to were short and abrupt."
