"I have gone through a very challenging 10 months with 3 oral surgeries. Drs Quesada, Cruz and Joseph have been absolutely wonderful. Technicians Dustin and Kat have likewise. The whole experience has been handled with professionalism, knowledge, care, concern and humor. I could not have asked for a more comforting experience considering my oral situation. Recommend this office for your all oral needs."

"I was told I was welcome to get a second opinion. So here are the results of doing that. Just went to a reputable, non-corporate dentist and the exam results were much different than given at Lady Lakes Smiles. No bleeding gums and no deep pockets. I will be on a regular 6 month cleaning schedule as I was previously on before moving here. Lady Lakes said every tooth was bleeding and I had many deep pockets in the 5, 6, 7 range resulting in the need for $1000 worth of scraping & planing initially with more frequent periodontal disease level cleanings from here out. Be aware if using this dental office. This office seems to be more about making money and hitting quotas at the expense and pain of the customer. I don't usually leave reviews but feel this one was warranted. Update: Received a generic response asking me to call and talk about what they could do better. Why don't you send me what I have asked for 3 times now and still haven't received? It's such a simple thing so why don't you start with that? Unbelievable! If I could give 0 stars I would. The dentist did the pocket test and supposedly found all kinds of deep pockets in the range of 6 and 7 even. I was just at my dentist at the end of April and was told all is well after they did the same test. The dentist here told me (not asked me if) my gums bleed when I brush. That is not true. They never bleed. They worked up a $947 initial deep cleaning plan (which included a small discount to bring it to that price) and said I would need more frequent cleanings. He said I was welcome to get a second opinion. I have called 3 times asking for them to email my records and was told each time they were sending them right away. I still don't have them. I am guessing there is a reason why they don't want me to have them. I called my previous dentist after my appointment here and he said he would find me a reputable dentist. This place seems very shady both in their exams and promising to send your records. They will even try and tell you your previous dentist missed things. Seems they just want your money and to keep you coming back for things you don't need."

"Kat was great today during my dental procedure. I really appreciate her amazing bedside manner as she truly cares about her patients. Later that day Dr Alex called to see how I was doing. It meant a lot to me that he took the time to do so."

"Lady Lake Smiles and spits in your face! No one has ever returned my calls. I was really hurting after 6 of my teeth were pulled . l called the office trying to get ahold of the oral surgeon. No one ever answered my questions. I called one more time and was told that the surgeon said that the pain was normal. It was so painful that I finally decided to make another appointment. Then I found out that my that I had a tooth underneath a crown that was now broken. It needed to be pulled too. How about 10 days later I got another appointment with the oral surgeon and found out that he had never been consulted and been told how much I was hurting. I was told that I was going to get a partial and that they would put the tooth that they just pulled out they would put it in the right place in the partial. That never happened that was back in October. I haven't seen that partial it is now it is now closer to the end of October and I don't think I'll ever see that partial. A month ago I said that I had enough I wanted my money back. I'd call several times it seems that there's a lot of turnover in the office and no one's handling my claim and people that are in the office they have no idea how to get things going. I made such a mistake going there I really did they seem so nice but now they have my money. I'll probably never see it again. Lady Lake smiles but don't you turn your back on them. They say they are a full-service dentist office but they are only full service for a few days out of the month and it's very hard to get a hold of their specialist because they're not never in the office. I drove one hour out of my way because I thought I had found a good dental office. I was such an idiot."
