"Staff & Dentist very nice BUT you need to grow a money tree for Aspen Dental's prices. They charge anywhere from $600. to $500. more per crown then other area dental offices. Shop around to compare pricing on all your dental needs. The visit was fine.....prices are crazy!!!!"

"AVOID this place at all costs!!!! My partner had a SCHEDULED dental appointment at this location, and even received confirmation AND reminder emails of the appointment. He left work early for this appointment and upon arrival (after a 20 minute commute from home), was told by the front desk lady that they had "no idea" about it. Upon showing her the email of this SCHEDULED appointment, the lady left the front desk to talk to someone & never returned to help him. No apology for the inconvenience, no help of any kind, no accountability taken. He ended up leaving, as they refused to see him, and the waiting room was so packed that there wasn't even a chair available. They literally wasted his time and treated him as if HE were the inconvenience. No professional & reputable dental office behaves in this manner, but as we can all see from prior reviews, especially recent ones, this company is far from professional or reputable. If you care even a little about your dental health, or simply just want to be seen for your SCHEDULED dental appointment, RUN FAR AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL!!!!"

"Read all the one star reviews as well. This place is fraudulent and only cares about taking your money, not about your dental health. Told me I needed a root canal, and needed to wait on my insurance before I could schedule the appointment. They said they’d call me. Waited a week and a half, still no call. Tried calling the office 9 times in a day with no answer, even their call center said they didn’t know why they wouldn’t answer the phone, finally got through to them the next day. They said to wait a bit longer and they’d call me back. Never did. Still tried to call them 6 times, 3 days later and never got ahold of anyone. They never called back after three messages. They never did anything. Completely ignoring a patient who needs surgery. Now the infection has spread and I was forced to get with another dentist because it’s gotten so bad. If I would’ve chosen a quality dentist from the start it never would’ve happened. Would not recommend to anyone. Only ones in the entire office who are the slightest bit caring and attentive are the dental assistants who took the X-rays. Again, save your time, money and teeth. choose a different dentist."
