"For this appointment, I had X-Rays, an exam and my teeth cleaned. My hygienist did a very thorough job and I was given a sample tooth brush and sensitive Colgate toothpaste. Dr. Dany Jose checked the X - Rays, examined my teeth and sent on my way. I have always had very favorable exams and cleanings with Smile Design Dentistry on Rte 441, Lady Lake, FL"
"Appointments are often canceled on the same day you are scheduled for treatment. Things happen, but it does seem that I expect a call from the office to reschedule an appointment that was scheduled for the actual day I receive the call. I receive numerous reminders for an upcoming appointment and confirm I’ll be there. Not much need for that with what seems to be a high rate of office cancellations. My wife has gone to the office for an appointment only to be told that it was canceled and she needs to reschedule. It’s a busy office and certainly events come up. However, it seems to happen a lot. The quality of the treatments is excellent and the hygienists and doctors are knowledgeable and professional. It just may be difficult to get to see them."

They always treat me with respect and are willing to help with any needs. Dr Jose is very kind as well, as well as very professional and thorough in explaining each situation. Highly recommend!!"
