"Unfortunately, many of these high reviews seem fake, as it appears many of the 5star reviewers have left similar 5star reviews for other businesses too, all very professionally written. Also looking at reviews on individual doctor/staff working in this office on different websites, you can see a big difference. Maybe just some coincidence! Give them the benefit of the doubt. In my experience, I went there because of a broken tooth and to discuss the options with the dentist. They booked me for a full check-up and after taking so many x-rays, Dr Vairo came for a few minutes. Then, he said he'd go to check the X-rays, but he never came back! The nurse (Kristina) only said one option for my broken tooth, and when I asked about other options that I had researched about, she kept saying the doctor said this! That's when I asked for the doctor to discuss, and she kept saying "he's with another patient because you were late", which wasn't the case. She then said we are done here and didn't allow me even to wait for the doctor. This is very unprofessional practice that I had never seen. Update: Office called me at 5:02pm after the business hours. I called back at 5:14pm but of course not answered, as it was after hours. I am sorry but even the response for this comment shows how patients are treated in comparison with the doctor. The response implies patients must answer their calls at any time, or they will be upset! And all this is to communicate the concern with the doctor...."
