"Booked a condo for the week.nice room but the staff is terrible. The lady at the front desk told me it was OK to park my slingshot in their parking garage. So I did wake up in the morning and they had it towed. Thy must have deal with the tow company to make extra money. So beware this place will scam you"

"There was good things and not so satisfying things. Last time we stayed was 2019 and it was the best!!! I couldn’t complain about a thing! I mean they are very nice condos love the full kitchen it feels like home it’s a very nice facility. But my complaint was that the bed was extremely uncomfortable felt like we were sleeping on a rock and we stayed a week… I’ll probably be seeing a chiropractor now we’re home it was extremely stiff. When we got there I could feel sand on the floor and we have a baby and he was crawling around and his knees were black just from crawling. That was a little disappointing. They really need to calm it on the rules… I’m all for rules I’m not upset about that but when they won’t let you put a float at all in the pool that’s a bit much and ridiculous would not let anyone drink anything at all near the pool even though my drink had a lid on it. That’s a bit ridiculous considering these people is on their vacation they need to chill it out a bit… so people can relax without scared they are breaking these rules….. staff wasn’t very nice about it either and I don’t like that cause that’s not welcoming. I’ll probably just stay at the warf next time cause they weren’t near as bad on all that. I hate it cause I used to love it here."

"My recent stay at Origin at Seahaven Condominium Complex was an absolute nightmare that ruined what was meant to be a relaxing beach family vacation. This establishment managed to disappoint on multiple levels, with a series of egregious incidents that left us feeling angry, violated, and utterly unsatisfied. First and foremost, on the last day of our trip, our car was towed by the incompetent management of Origin at Seahaven. It turns out that the hanging parking decal, which was provided by the complex, became unattached. Instead of taking responsibility for their faulty system, they should have recorded license plate numbers to prevent such situations. As a result, we were slapped with a hefty $220 towing fee, not to mention the time wasted and the frustration of having to retrieve our vehicle. It's hard not to suspect that the security personnel receive a cut of the action, as I witnessed numerous cars parked without any hanging decals. Adding insult to injury, our last night was marred by an utterly disgusting incident. A man from a neighboring balcony shamelessly took pictures of my fifteen-year-old daughter without her consent. We immediately reported the incident to the security personnel, who supposedly went to speak to him. Shockingly, no action was taken, and this invasive violation was allowed to go unpunished. It was a complete failure on the part of Origin at Seahaven's security team to ensure the safety and privacy of its guests. In terms of the accommodations, they were equally abysmal. Our balcony was infested with a wasp nest, rendering it completely unusable and robbing us of the enjoyment of the promised beach view. Furthermore, the dining room light had naked wires hanging out, creating a dangerous and unsightly environment. It was obvious that maintenance and upkeep were sorely neglected. To make matters worse, the pool was a major disappointment. Considering the number of floors and rooms in the complex, having just one small pool for all 17 stories was simply inadequate. It was overcrowded, and finding a spot to relax and enjoy the water was an exercise in futility. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at Origin at Seahaven Condominium Complex. They managed to turn what should have been a memorable family vacation into a nightmare of towing fees, security lapses, and subpar accommodations. Their lack of attention to detail, disregard for guest safety, and overall neglect of the property are unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and choose a different destination that prioritizes guest satisfaction and maintains basic standards of professionalism."

"My wife booked a 4 day and 5 night stay at this condo. The room was nice but everything about getting in the room was problematic. Parking, finding the room, and the lack of help in the building was astonishing. Good luck getting help when they change your door code the 2nd day you're staying here with no notification."

"friendly staff, beautiful scenery, well worth the money!! i showed up same day and they had rooms ready for the 4 day stay! 1 bedroom but with 2 bathrooms! that was extra nice. you can do your own laundry. they even had a dish washer. they provide soaps, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towel, but once you run out of what’s in the room you will have to buy whatever you need, the staff does inform you of that when you check in! you have a patio, and access to the roof top, and best part is they give you a free ticket to a few attractions you’d like to visit. great location and one of the few hotels that is all lit up at night time! it’s beautiful!"
