"This company is the epitome of evil. Their lack of care coupled with the lack of care from this state of Florida screams illegal and scam. If you're one of the lucky ones they deem worthy, you'll be okay. A lot of the previous reviews are lies put there by the Hartford company itself. I am sure that in the future the Hartford will be in the news for the scams and illegal doings that they do constantly every day to people in want, people in need and people who paid for their assistance and didn't get it. Run, don't walk away from this company. Do not give them any business or you will find yourself on the losing end."
"It is my second year with The Hartford car insurance, this year, I'm having several issues with them. But this review is about their True Lane APP. I monitored this APP very carefully and always make sure the settings are correct. It hasn't been working correctly since I renewed my policy last October. Now, I have a balance to pay on my account because they said my App wasn't on."
