"The customer service was outstanding as I entered the store, I needed my car battery checked.. a gentleman checked it and I needed a new battery, he did not try to upsell and I bought the one he recommended and he went to change my battery immediately. Was there no more than 20 mins. As a woman, Car stuff and problems are intimidating but he was informative. Thanks for a pleasant experience!"

"This is the best AutoZone I’ve ever been too “ there’s a guy there by the name of Antoine” he’s and amazing sales associates. He goes above and beyond to make all the customers happy, he is very knowledgeable and honest, AutoZone should give him a raise. Only issue I have with this AutoZone is a manager by the name of Rosanna is rude and obnoxious, always angry.."

"I went to get a battery for my car after calling and confirming that the type of battery I needed was in stock. The guy that answered was relentless in trying to upscale me to a battery with a 2 or 3 year warranty, after telling the guy several times that I needed the battery with the one year warranty for now and it was an unexpected emergency, I really did not have the extra money for the longer warranty, he finally said I could go get the battery… I get there and he tells me I would need to put the battery in myself or pay one of the mechanics that was hanging out in the parking lot to put it in. I advised that I have always had the battery put in by a rep, he then said he could not because it was raining. It had rained earlier that day, but rain was not falling at that time.. I pay for the mechanic to put the battery in, and not even 3 minutes later the same rep walks a lady out to put her battery in for her… the only difference is that they were speaking creole… it’s evident that these people are sharks and only look out for their own. It’s a shame because I would never treat a customer differently based on culture. Everyone paying customer deserves the same treatment, have never had a bad experience. I think the guy new I would do a review based on my experience because he insisted another rep to cash me out (Elisha J on 7/17/23), I guess so his name wouldn’t be printed on the receipt… and yes I finally found time to complete my review, because I still think about the disgusting treatment I received."
