"If I could put 0 stars I would. I spoke with a male named Frank over the phone who treated me with extreme disrespect for only asking basic storage questions. I’ve never spoken to a body shop and have gotten treated this way. I do not recommend this shop for your repairs. Find another one, anything is better."

"I had previously taken my car back in 2017 after it was referred by my insurance company for an accident that I had. Now that we had another accident we took it to the same place because again the insurance company recommended them since they work with UAIC. Took my car in and got an estimate waited of the insurance to agree. It all turned out to be a lie. They stopped working on the car because the insurance was taking too long to give them an answer. When you try calling them they don't give you the right information based on our car . I went to take my car out of that shop today and take it somewhere else. The adjuster at the shop today was very rude and had a bad attitude. Since I took my car to another shop they instantly started working on it and when they started working on it they said that the previous fix wasn't done correctly that they had put in screws where they didn't belong and pretty much said they only fixed to get it out of the way. I highly recommend doing your research on the body shops you're able to take it to before choosing this place. I will not be coming back here ever."

"I had some surface rust on the inside as you open the rear door on my 2021 Tacoma.I took it to Doral Toyota first for inspection since it was still covered under warranty.Roger Valdes the service director was great.He called Joe Garcia at Doral Toyota Collision Center stating he was sending me over.Joe and his staff were super.I dropped the truck off Tuesday morning and they called me that afternoon telling me it is ready for next day pickup.The job turned out beautiful.Thanks again to Roger and Joe for their commitment to excellent service.Strongly recommend."

"The worst place you can take your car to get fixed. One of the salesman wanted to find me because I arrive at 11:30 which was my appointment and he told me that he was going out to lunch. Yeah he’ll be back whenever don’t ever take your car there please"

"I got rear ended on the highway on 5/10/22. I contacted my insurance as soon as possible and I was able to get my car into this shop on 5/18/22. Today is 6/18/22 and I have picked up my car. I can say I am pleased with the repair and with Franks customer service. This repair could’ve have been quicker however, I do understand that due to COVID , inflation and supply chain shortages it took a month to get my car back."
