"I was just coming to pick my car up from the shop to find my car flipped over on its side this is outrageous. They're wanting to charge me a fee for flipping over my car and on top of that to get it unflipped I had to pay another fee this is distasteful and is not how you should run a business."
"DON’T BOTHER EVEN CALLING THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They won’t answer anyway. If I could give this review -10 stars I would. I am writing to express my concern regarding the misinformation and gender bias I experienced at this trashy mechanic shop. When requesting a quote for an EGR valve replacement for my 2016 Nissan Altima, their staff had the audacity to claim that Altima models do not require such a replacement. This misinformation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their establishment's knowledge and credibility. Additionally, I cannot ignore the significant price difference I was quoted compared to what is considered reasonable which was clearly influenced by my gender. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will ensure that others are aware of the poor service and potential gender bias at this establishment. NEVER GIVE THEM BUSSINESS! I rather take my car to junk yard than let these inexperienced “mechanics” touch my car."
"9.5/10 had a missing 10mm socket but all was well. great service Andres since small was able to fit in the engine bay easily. Replaced my engine in a solid 30 minutes."
