"My first experience with this shop was great, and I originally gave them 5 stars. Sadly, the ongoing interaction was anything but great. I needed a quote on a fair amount of body and welding work my Mustang needs so I can make sure I have the funds ready. I chased them around for 2 weeks trying to get quotes (Oct 4-18) but they were always too busy to get them to me, despite telling me multiple times they would have the quotes ready at a certain time. I was super patient and understood they were busy, so I would just check in once in a while via text. They would consistently tell me "sorry, been busy. I will get working on that now" but I never got the quotes. I've since given up and will take my business elsewhere. It's sad because they really seemed like a good, honest shop that I could have given a lot of business to. Now I have to find a new shop, as I am uncomfortable with the follow through here. I am sure they're great guys and plenty reputable, but they totally lost my faith."
