"I initially had a wonderful experience with this shop as a drive in problem. After my car was more recently involved in an accident I tried to contact Fernandez, wanting to give them the job instead of a dealership. Called twice. I had all the insurance money to pay for repairs. Never heard back from anyone after over a week. Not sure what's going on...but I have to assume these people just aren't interested in my business. FYI, my car needed at least about $2000 worth of work. And if other issues were found on inspection, USAA was going to pay directly to the shop. I guess I'll just go to the dealership. Sad...because I'd like to support the smaller businesses."
