He was upfront and tried to work every angle to save money but maintain safety. In the end we got it resolved and with an affordable budget on top of it all. "Last summer I was having some Ghost electrical issues & my scoot developed an allergy to rain. After a failed attempt at using a "mobile joke of a mechanic" Chris Sharples Jr. Who attempted to fix my issue but had to leave town for an emergency & promised he would get back to me & finish the work he was already paid for 1st thing when he got back to town... Crickets... You guessed it, I'm still waiting for that call. He did however discover an 8mm nut under the float housing in my carburator. Which is NOT size nut that could be used in any part of the carburetor. I figured I'd contact the place I bought brand new from in Aug 2020, Tropical Scooter. When I contacted Tropical Scooter they had no interest in assisting me with my issue however did confirm that "some assembly is required" before they put in show room & sell scooters, but Michelle (I think) did not know nor care about the mysterious extra part in my carburator that has resulted in dominos effect of issue after issue. I contacted a few exorbitantly over priced self proclaimed "cycle/scooter whispers" that talked more about the hassle all the steps n screws that are taken just to take the plastics off than the actual troubleshooting of my issue before I found Manic Mechanic. And thank the Goddess I did! Jeff & his wife were so helpful & fast about troubleshooting my issue n what is needed to get her right again and at a very fair price. Wait there's more to review/story..... After a few days my scoot was back to firing right up & even discovered that she has a remote start fob that has not failed me since it's discovery. So I picked her up n she ran great started n stopped a number of times then that evening in true flogrown fashion it 5min thunderstorms n she got sprinkle spray wet parked under an awning & wouldn't start when I went to drive home after the storm at 3am. So I opened chat up n messaged Jeff. He was so on point that he & his wife picked my scooter up from where she got stranded by 8am & had her running & all her connections waterproofed! She ran flawlessly. And I will be taking her to Jeff at Manic Mechanic next week to replace the clutch n some regular maintenance so I can sell or use for trade-in for a newer scooter."

"Have gone here several times to get my bike fixed and they make it all so easy! Jeff is super knowledgeable, he tells you what he thinks should be done but gives you no pressure on doing it. I recently got my chain fixed there, long story short it broke about a month after (at no fault of mine or his) and he put the new one on for me free of charge. Him and his wife are just genuinely great people that want to help, not just take your money like some mechanics. 1000000% would recommend- quality service by quality people."

"My dirt bike had a flat, I called up Jeff first thing in the morning and although he had a lot of jobs that day he was able to make time for me, and get my flat taken care of on the same day. I also had him do an inspection and tune up. He did a great job and gave me very valuable knowledge that I did not have. He was super friendly and down to earth, and willing to help; just a real nice person. He also offered to inspect my bike again for free (it's in the break-in period). Really pleased with his service, anything I need with my bike again I'm calling Jeff!"
