I was very specific in what I needed they informed me that the policy they signed me up for met all the requirements I needed and after signing and paying for the policy they then informed me the policy didn’t actually meet the requirements I needed and that I had to pay a significantly higher rate to actually meet those requirements due to the staffs lack of knowledge on the policy requirements"
