"Very Rude unless you speak to someone in the actual office and not the call center!!!! Anytime I call they get frustrated and hang up on me. It has happened 4 times now and each time is because I ask the rep why they are speaking over me and interrupting me. They are extremely rude and I wish i never even signed an agreement with them. They also keep sending my statements and payment receipts to my ex who i have an injunction on after he tried to kill me and I have given them proof of this and they still send my statements to his address which has now given him access to my new address and phone number. They refuse to send me the statements even tho the payments come from my bank account and i have sole possession of the vehicle."

"I hate even giving them a one star I wish I can give them much lower ratings tell me why a company and I will contact the BBB your Social Security number your date of birth your account number everything that’s personal and will not take a payment if you do not give them all of this information then they will charge you a late fee because you don’t want to give them all that information I think it’s against the law and I think this is a sorry finance company they would not even take my son’s last payment because I was paying it for him because they asked so many questions to even make a payment the next time I buy a car if they go through car financial I will not do it you better protect your identity they asked for too much personal information just to make. A payment don’t say you wasn’t warrant"

"Terrible place to have an open account with. My account was bought by them from a Buy Here Pay Here dealership because I was a “good customer”. It has been nothing but a headache since, I would never willingly allow these people to manage anything for me."
