"**Update** Found out through another insurance company that Irving B Green & Associates cancelled ALL mobile home insurance at the same time. And without notice. They are no longer insuring mobile homes and cancelled every one of the customers they had. I guess everyone including myself is still waiting on the refund since the insurance was paid in full. *negative stars given*** Two words... run away. We have had our home insured with this company for 3 years. Zero claims ever. I just got a notice that they cancelled my insurance 3 months ago. No notice at all. They accepted my payment for a year back in October only to cancel me after 8 months. Still received no notice. My mortgage company received an email from them saying it was a company decision. I have called and left several messages and have received no call back. I just want to know the reason for cancelling. And I want some moneyback since it was paid for the entire year. If I could put zero stars, I would."

"4 /12/23 I've been with this company for 20 years always paid my policy in full.They take 4 days to write general liability.Took $1023.00 next day from my checking..I Brought insurance somewhere else. Got it within 15 minutes Please do not write them a check.. They told me 14 days before I can get a Refund.. Beware of this Company !!! Always use credit card. I still never received my refund. 8/6/2023"

"By far the worst experience I've had with an insurance company. I contacted them months ago about general liability insurance for my company. I own a trailer dealership and also once rented utility trailers. Originally I was given a quote of somewhere between 600 and 800 a year (I can't remember the exact amount). A few days later I was told it would be $1680 a year because of the rentals. So I did away with trailer rentals to try to get a lower insurance rate. I changed the name of my company, did a complete rebranding, new logo, new signs and advertising etc. I then contacted them and told them about the rebranding and that we would only be selling trailers and not renting them. Several weeks later I was notified that they would accept me for their insurance and I would receive the lower price of 600-800 a year. A couple days later I was contacted once again and told they have a "policy minimum" and they cant have a business policy for less than $1600 a year. I told them to forget everything and I contacted another insurance company and was covered 2 days later for $800 a year. After everything I did and all the money I spent rebranding to satisfy them they still stuck it to me in the end. If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would. Please stay away from this company. What they did to me was shady, wrong, and unprofessional."

"Do NOT use this company. We had a business General Liability policy and after many attempts speaking with Beau and Jenna in July, August and September to get them to update code changes so the policy renewal but was only given empty promises. The last contact I had was on 9/16 that Jenna left me a message saying she is working with the company to get the class codes and will get the policy sent back out to get this taken care of and after never receiving anything from them I stop by the office today because trying to resolve by phone I couldn't get anyone to follow thru with their job. I was informed today that they could no longer just update the codes they would have to start from scratch to write a new policy but that company is not writing new policies right now. We had been with this company for many, many years and when I left their office today I was very regretful that I every used this company. Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer that due to their mistake they were not willing to make things right for a loyal customer."
