"If I could give less than one star, I certainly would! I agree with some of the other reviews. Many of the items in this store are old and overpriced. You can buy them new in a retail store for less! The fact that the owner does not provide any feedback on items you leave and does not usually return the items, I believe is unheard of! Before dropping off SIX pairs of high quality boots and shoes, I asked the owner if she would like the boxes I kept as well. She informed me that the items would sell better with the boxes. She provided me with no receipt and said I would get a receipt in the mail. She said I needed to call twice a month to find out if anything had sold. She was too busy to make phonecalls. I never received anything in the mail and when I phoned the store, she informed me that she was returning my items because one shoe had a small issue on the sole of the shoe which was so minute. This IS a consignment store whereby the items are used! When I went back to the store, she pointed to a large brown shopping bag where she had literally just dumped all the shoes and boots into. I was shocked! When I asked her where the boxes where she informed me that she never saves boxes. I told her she asked for them and she denied the fact. When I relayed how upset I was with her actions, she replied "Babies are crying in Israel and you're crying over boxes?!?!?" I was absolutely appalled!! I will NEVER be a customer of this store ever again! There are so many other consignment stores whereby the owners truly care, have respect for and do the right thing by their customers and do not make derogatory remarks!"

"I live in Canada but I have been travelling to Florida for the past 15 years twice a year. I always go here whenever I'm in town to spend a couple of hours to get some goodies. I always buy a bunch of items on each visit."

"They say "current and popular names and fashions" which was a shock to me. I walked in carrying a purse I've had for over 13 years and I saw the same purse for sale for more than I paid for mine, NEW. 13 years old isn't "current" or new. Plus the prices are ridiculous. $25 for a t-shirt. $40 for a dress with no name tag on it. And the condition of many clothes was obviously used. And stains too. I even smelled a jacket that smelled like cigarettes. I just turned around and walked out......."

"Beautiful store! Friendly staff! Wide variety of different items in mint condition. Been coming here for years. Honest, loving and caring owners. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for great designer finds for a bargain!"

"had SUPER great things!!! a variety of shoes, jewelry, and so many clothes. nice worker, helped me see the rings i was looking at. the prices are a bit high, but the sale racks were huge and everything was five dollars. really clean and organized. will def be going again."
