"Not the worst thrift store, but certainly a stinker. A truly boring store that made the Ross next door look like Gucci in comparison. These issues stem from the staff and their merchandise curation. Upon trying to sell my 25 different items of clothes, they would not accept anything because of shockingly arbitrary issues. These minuscule problems included fading of graphics on t shirts and tiny fabric fringes on the bottom of my shorts. Employees I dealt with behind the counter were young ditsy girls who lack any cultural and situational awareness. People don't pay 7 dollars for used clothes whilst also seeking pristine condition. If anything, people are often looking for something "vintage" looking. These people turned down my authentic vintage t shirts from Harley Davidson, ACDC, Pink Floyd, Disney, and other cultural icons. Hope they hire more fashionable employees who actually care about fashion. Go to the Plato's Closet in Coral Springs if you want stylish items"

"The 1st time I came in the manager said they are always putting out new stuff, so I went in for the 2nd time on 10/21 & it was different staff. Not a great experience. Not welcoming & not helpful at all!! The girls behind the counter looking at clothes couldn't be bothered. Decided to give it 1 more try. Went in on 10/28 & the other girls were there. Great experience again, boy the difference in staff really makes an impact!!"

"I LOVE this store. Just went last night and the team was amazing and helpful!!! I was greeted at the front door and asked if I needed help. The store was clean and clothes were great. The assistant manager, Sophia was very helpful and explained the buying process clearly. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!!"

"I found a number of rompers under $15 and an anthropology dress for $20. My checkout experience was painless, however I did overhear some awkward or rude interactions between staff and customers while browsing. An improved experience could be made by eliminating the 6 item limit for the dressing room if no one else is waiting. One is made to hang their overage on the outside of the door to grab yourself after trying the initial 6. Some of the racks were too packed with clothes that the hangers didn’t move while looking through. This is very inconvenient when you have an armful of items and just one hand to sift through. On that note, only come with a leisurely attitude and you’ll find some hidden gems, but you have to really search or get lucky. I spent $120 for 7 items and I’ll probably be back to shop again sometime."
