A week passed, so I decided to follow up. Linda answered the phone. I told her who I was and the reason for my call. She responded unconcerned and stated she was with a customer a couple of times. She didn’t even say she would check on it and give me a call back. I don’t expect to receive a callback. Maybe they didn’t want business from me. The good news is, I was able to obtain insurance elsewhere."
