"The girl at the counter was very very rude to me and wouldn’t listen at all when I was giving her the addresses. And instead of giving me the total she gave me an estimate even tho she computed the price already. She was so inattentive as well. Asked me how she can help then proceeded to assist someone else behind me in the line. DO NOT support this store"
"UPS store on Hwy 90 by Big Lots Milton Just want everyone to know how helpful these people are. They go out of their way to help with unloading and loading . A young Lady named Alisha helped us get boxes out and weight, and to load back in our car… The other workers are helpful too. Also 2 customers also helped us. I have faith in our community here. They are so nice and friendly. Thanks everyone and especially Alisha. I probably didn't spell her name right …"

"Meant to do this a while back and forgot. Chasity was great. We probably have the most unique story to happen at a random ups store. My wife and I wanted to get married on October 13th as it was the anniversary to our first date. We had the actual ceremony and wedding planned for down the road but wanted to show we did the wedding on the 13th because it meant something to us. We had to have a notary to finalize the marriage and went all over town looking for one. This store was the last place we had to stop and god bless this wonderful lady, because she was a notary. We had an impromptu small ceremony (all of 3 minutes) with a bunch of strangers at an ups store and took the paper back to the court house. We were able to accomplish this because she was willing to do something that was very likely outside the nature of her job. Mind you, she was still getting people in and out the door during this. This lady was so sweet and embodies customer service with her friendly and chipper attitude. You guys have a winner of an employee."
