"Absolutely the worst customer service! A week and a half later still no quotes for lower insurance. My rates were doubled from last years rates with no claims. Spoke with Gina on Jan. 11th she was supposed to call me back by the morning of the 13th at the latest ( this was what she offered). I hadn’t heard back so I called a week later on Jan. 18th. Still didn’t get an answer why my rates jumped. Site was still down was the excuse. Told her again to see what other rates were available. Friday the 20th still had not received a call. Called and Gina still hadn’t gotten Ashley to get me other quotes. I told her customers shouldn’t have to keep calling back. State Farm gave me a quote in a matter of minutes. Called me right back when I had questions and were knowledgeable and professional. Don’t waste your time and money with Locklin Insurance. We stayed with them for six years and customer service is terrible. Can’t imagine what it would be like if I had damage to my house and needed to file a claim. So glad I went with State Farm and saved over $1,500 a year!!"

Would highly recommend. You have nothing to lose by getting a quote, it's free and most likely will save you money. Give them a call and be sure to ask for Paige Wilson, you'll be glad you did."

"Locklin Insurance is a friendly place to do business. They are easy to work with, empathetic and helpful. They remember that the customer is most important for them to succeed - when you call you are connected to a live knowledgeable person who will help you. My recently deceased father had his home insured through Locklin and my dealings with them throughout a difficult time caused me to cancel my insurance with my current vendor and go with them. I know they'll always have time for me, return calls / emails as promised and have my best interests at heart. If I could rate them higher than 5 I would!"
