"I recently had to have some tires and an alignment done on my truck. I went to the store in Odessa and they were great, however their alignment machine wasn't working, so they sent me to the Holiday store. When I arrived they stated it would be about a 2 hour wait, because they had a few alignments ahead of me, however they were able to get me in and out within an hour. The 3 employees I spoke to were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you all for your help and the great work!"
"Good, honest mechanics are hard to find. These guys are the real deal. We've taken our two vehicles here multiple times for tires, oil changes, and minor repairs. They've always been extremely fair in pricing and quick to complete services. Some other places hassle you with constant upsells but these guys explain your options and let you make the call. Total pros. I can't recommend them enough."
"I scheduled an appointment in advance and forgot to mention another service ahead of time. Pete was more than happy to do both for me even with no notice of the oil change. "Called just before 5:30 on a Monday and spoke with Joshua. I explained that I had a tire that had a steel belt break inside my tire and that I was in need of something at my price point and ASAP. He said he had the two tires I needed and asked me when I would have time to come in. I explained the sooner the better and the next day I had work, so my time availability was limited. At 5:30 he asked how long it would take me to get to their location and I told him about 5 minutes. He said head over and he'll get it taken care of. I got there at 5:37 and they had my car out just before 6 o'clock. Joshua went out of his way to make sure my issue was taken care of, even if it meant staying a bit after their closing time. They helped me solve my issue immediately, got me exactly what I needed price wise, and got it done quickly. I'll be bringing my other car back for service and tires when needed just to work with this team again. Thanks again Joshua!"
