"My son's truck first went to another mechanic on Grand. They had it for a total of 18 weeks! During this time they admitted to misdiagnosing a thermostat which caused busted head gaskets. They admitted fault and then said they would repair it on their dime. They gave it back 3 weeks later saying it was "All good". I immediately took it to IP Automotive who confirmed they actually did not fix the head gaskets. They have fixed EVERYTHING on this vehicle at a decent price, decent turnaround time and excellent customer service! I will always bring my vehicles here from now on. You should too!"

"I couldn't get a hold of the last mechanic I used, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I chose IP Automotive based on their great reviews, which as it turns out, are well deserved! Tyler and Justin stayed in communication with me while my car was being worked on. They were both friendly and professional. Justin easily could have told me one of the issues was related to my alternator or transmission and I wouldn't have known the difference. It was just my battery and he was honest about it. I also had an oil leak caused by a faulty change at one of those "stay in your car" places. The oil change done properly today cost less than the previous one. The cost of labor was beyond reasonable, too. They even included pictures of the issues on my receipt. I will be using IP Automotive for all of my vehicle needs moving forward and will highly recommend them to everyone I know!!!"
