"I bought a tire on Saturday for my son’s car went home. He and my two other sons went to the fair and before they could make it back home the entire tire came off and caused serious bodily injury to my children which one of my sons has a severe brain injury already so he is in very bad shape.This place is horrible. I trusted them to ensure the tire was fixed properly"

"I visited this location on 2/7. I called ahead of time to see if they could remove my lock nuts I was told over the phone yes they could. I get there I pay ahead for two tires which was 145$ total. After they attempted to remove the lock nuts they informed me they could not do it and could issue a refund. This was the last 150$ I had to my name to get these tires done and I really wish I wouldn’t have been charged for my service ahead of time if the job wasn’t a guarantee. Now I have no tires and no money to get them while I wait on a refund. (Which could takes days that I absolutely do not have) Please educate whoever is spoke to me on the phone and took my payment because this could have been avoided now I’m just riding on dangerously damaged tires all because things were not done correctly."
"Did what needed to be done. The wait time was not too bad considering how busy the place was. Fixed 2 tires. Cost of $35. And the people were polite."
"I bought 2 tires from them yesterday before we headed back to Washington state they charged me for 2 only replaced 1 and the tire they didn't replaced blew out. I waited 2.5hr after I had paid and they didn't even know I was a customer just left me in my vehicle. This place is trash"
