"I was originally going to give them five stars. They were friendly and professional. I bought a very nice used tire from them at a reasonable price, and had them put it on a rim which I brought in. As I was putting it on, two of the three balance weights fell off without any effort. It took me over two weeks to be able to make the 1.5 hour round trip to get the tire, so i can't simply take it back for proper balancing. After days of bouncing and vibrating down the road, I finally took it to another tire store, with the detached weights. They were surprised that they used that many weights, and they balanced it properly with just one. I had to spend extra money and wait an hour for them to complete the job. To Family Tire: my name is Mark Turner. Please train the employee to properly balance a tire, or teach them to do a quality check before they send it out the door."

"Great place for fast and efficient service and great prices! Family owned business not trying to gouge your pockets like most places. I stopped by without an appointment needing a tire for my car. Normally being a hard to find tire they had one in stock and replaced it right away. Definitely will return in the future!"
