"First off let me start by saying this is a very unprofessional business. I arrived at this stop on a Saturday afternoon, to have work done on my truck. The first mechanic (Carl) that looked at my truck misdiagnosed the issue and was adamant my trust couldn’t stay overnight at the shop & needed to be moved even though it was immobile & was not functional. I asked to speak with a manager (Rene) who was in agreement , my truck needed to be moved & couldn’t stay overnight. I then spoke with with Felisha( the property manager) who witnessed Carl mishandling my truck & told Carl if the truck is non functional, this truck can’t be moved and needs to stay over night. Felisha was very pleasant and understanding and exhibited amazing customer service considering the fact this garage is very unprofessional. Carl’s misdiagnosis ,in turn , caused them to order an incorrect part. Fast forward to Sunday , my truck was again diagnosed a second time in which I was told the issue would be fixed and everything will be set. Monday comes around and I’m told they can NOT fix the issue and that it will take a very long time to fix. I was also informed that my truck needed to be moved. Keep in mind, my truck is immobile! I spoke with the property manager who informed me the garage thy needed to fix my truck. I was also advised the correct part would be ordered and this issue would be rectified. Tuesday comes and there’s still NO part. As a matter of fact I was informed the wrong part was sent. No one here knows what they are doing, they don’t properly communicate with each other and the fact that 4 days later my truck still isn’t fixed is unacceptable. This is very bad business and pls don’t stop here unless you absolutely HAVE TO! Especially if Carl & Rene is on duty!!"
