"I had the most INCREDIBLE experience at Firestone! Drove my husband's massive truck for 11 hours, pulling a trailer across states. Arrived late, and the next morning, panic set in as I saw what seemed like a leak. Rushed to Firestone, where Jordan and Cory not only watched my video of the leak but went above and beyond checking the truck. Turns out, it was just exhaust condensation! They tightened everything, showed utmost honesty, and sent me on my way. In a vulnerable situation, they could've charged me a fortune, but these guys are genuinely honest and super friendly.
